Bistrot Gavroche

Bistrot Gavroche has been created with a single purpose in mind; to provide customers with the opportunity to experience the ambience, warmth and hospitality of a Parisian sojourn minus the costly plane ticket.

Housed in a beautiful old rum warehouse, Bistrot Gavroche respects the historical structure of this timeless Sydney space while creating a traditional Parisian bistro atmosphere that’s unique to the city.

Executive Chef Frederic Colin has created a French bistro menu in celebration of his roots, paying homage to recipes from his youth cooking in his grand-père Henri’s restaurant. Add in an array of classic dishes that capture the Parisian spirit and a wine list consisting of notable French and Australian wines and you’ve got the buzz of Paris in the heart of Sydney.
