Kakawa Chocolates first opened at Manly and Warringah Markets in 2008 before moving to our flagship store on William St Darlinghurst in 2009. We specialise in fresh natural flavours paired with single origin chocolate from all around the world from Madagascar to Venezuela; we only use fine couverture from France, Belgium and Switzerland to name a few. All our products are handmade on site at our Darlinghurst store. We only use fresh ingredients and flavours without the use of additives and preservitives, using our restaurant experience from the past to create unique flavours. We opened our second shop in 2013 at the Gaffa Gallery before deciding to relocate to Kensington St in Chippendale in May 2016.
