Afterwards, we’ll walk off that Mac ‘n Cheese and visit two artist-run gallery spaces, a 3D printed furniture design exhibition and uncover the process behind designing and building Chippendale locals’ favourite meeting place HALO.
- Kensington Contemporary: Hear a floor talk detailing the process behind Berto Pandolfo’s 3D printed furniture exhibition ‘MND’.
- HALO, Central Park: Hear insights from Jeremy Sparks, event engineer, Project Manager and structural, wind and mechanical specialist about his involvement in constructing Chippendale landmark Halo.
- Wellington Street Projects: Solo show and floor talk by recent Redlands, Konica, Minolta Art Prize recipient Emma Finneran.
- Pine Street Creative: Hear floor talks from exhibiting artists from ‘FRESH’ featuring the work of eight rising Australian artists under the age of 25.

After losing a significant amount funding at the start of this year, CCP faced major limitations in what it was able to achieve for Chippendale in 2017.

And even more exciting, the Chippendale World Art Prize offers three lucky artists a 6 week Artist Residency to join the creative community in Provence, Southern France. We’re inviting creatives to submit a painted landscape for the fifth annual Chippendale New World Art Prize, rebranded this year as the Chippendale World Art Residency to embrace new and exciting changes.
Entries are to be submitted by the end of July so keep your eyes peeled!

Kicking off a year-long residency by the department Berto, senior lecturer and course director of the Interior and Spatial Design and Integrated Product Design programs at UTS, presents ‘MND’. Visit our charming 19th century Kensington Street terrace and see old meet new as he exhibits part hand-made, part 3D printed furniture.
